     Distance to be covered is same.

    So speed ratio and Time ratio is inverse.

     Time Taken ----->  Downstream : Upstream

                                                    1 : 3

    Speed Ratio -----> Downstream : Upstream

                                                   3  : 1                    => 3x , x

    Water's Speed = (3x - x)/2 = x => 5km/hr. 

    Speed of the Boat in still water = (3x + x)/2 = 2x => 10 km/hr.
