Explanation:

with stoppage 50 km/hr
without stoppage 40 km/hr
taking LCM 200
now with stoppage it takes 200/40=5 hrs and without stoppage it takes 200/50= 4 hrs
difference(stoppages) is of 1 hrs means in the trip of 5 hours 1 hours spent on stoppages
therefore per hour train stop for = 1/5 x60 = 12 mins
