A truck driver caused an accident with a bullock cart by driving his truck rashly and negligently. In the accident, one of the bullocks of the cart worth more than Rs. 2000/- is maimed. Is the truck driver guilty of an offence under Section 429 of the Indian Penal Code also ? Give reasons.   (5 marks)
