Krishnamurthy Subramanian is an Indian economist and the current (17th) Chief Economic Adviser to the Government of India (CEA).
He is also a Professor at the Indian School of Business , Hyderabad.
He an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, and a PhD holder in financial economics from Chicago Booth School of Economics.
