Rs10,350 for 15% profit. What was his overall profit on the sale of these bedsheets?

- The shopkeeper sold the first variety of bedsheets for Rs12,000 with a 20% profit:

- Let the cost price be \( x \). Then, \( x \times 1.2 = 12,000 \)

- Therefore, \( x = 12,000 / 1.2 = 10,000 \)

- Profit for this variety = 12,000 - 10,000 = Rs2,000

- The shopkeeper sold the second variety for Rs10,350 with a 15% profit:

- Let the cost price be \( y \). Then, \( y \times 1.15 = 10,350 \)

- Therefore, \( y = 10,350 / 1.15 = 9,000 \)

- Profit for this variety = 10,350 - 9,000 = Rs1,350

- Total profit = 2,000 + 1,350 = Rs3,350
