Let’s break it down, step by step:

- We have 7 guys sitting in a circle: M1 through M7, all facing the center.

- M5 sits right next to both M1 and M4. That means M5 has M1 on one side and M4 on the other.

- M6 sits immediately to the right of M1. So if you’re sitting where M1 is, M6 is just to your right.

- M7 is *not* sitting right next to M6 or M3. So you can’t put M7 next to either of those guys.

Now, if you actually sketch or build it out, you'll see this:

- That fills 4 seats. You can check all positions, making sure M7 isn’t next to M6 or M3.

- If you finish arranging, you'll find that second to the right of M7 is M3.
