India’s Official Olympic Theme song ‘Lakshya Tera Samne Hai’ Composed & Sung by Mohit Chauhan

The “Official Olympic Theme Song” for the Indian contingent, was launched by Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju, during an event organised by Indian Olympic Association (IOA) on June 23, 2021.
The song titled “Lakshya Tera Samne Hai” has been composed and sung by Singer Mohit Chauhan, and lyrics are penned by his wife Ms. Prathna Gahilote.
Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju was the chief guest during the event, which was also attended by Secretary, GoI, Ministry of Sports Shri Ravi Mittal, IOA President Shri Narinder Batra and Secretary-general Shri Rajeev Mehta and DG SAI Shri Sandip Pradhan
The Tokyo Olympic Games will begin from July 23, 2021 and run up to August 08, 2021.
So far over 100 Indian athletes have qualified for the event.
