Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena inaugurated the Amrut Biodiversity Park and said that providing a greener and cleaner city to the people will be his priority.

• Mr Saxena said that the government is trying to provide a clean environment to the people of Delhi.
•  Amrut Biodiversity Park spans over 90 hectares on the eastern bank of the Yamuna River.
• It is developed as part of the Yamuna floodplain restoration scheme by Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
