Introduction :-
‘Yojna Banao Abhiyan’ aims to link people living in rural areas with project planning activities and provide them opportunity to write development story for their villages. The initiative would focus on five broad activities related to the development of villages.
The scheme 'Yojana Banao' is launched as a campaign to involve people, particularly the villagers, to ensure balanced growth of the state.

Development of villages is the goal of the government and for that it is imperative that policies for villages are framed in villages only. Everyone would play their part in this activity and government will also take part in meetings of 8-10 panchayats.
Ministers, MLAs, Chief Secretary, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, Deputy Commissioners and other government officials will also attend the meetings so that people’s participation increases.
Government’s carrot and stick policy would asserted that the best performing district, block, panchayat will be felicitated whereas officials who will not play their role would be punished.
Using the policy the government targets that panchayats buildings are made in 2016-17 and they are provided IT infrastructure by 2017. This will help in bridging gap between administration and people besides putting a lid on corruption
