The preamble is neither a source of power to legislature nor a prohibition upon powers of legislature. It is just a foreword to constitution. Legislature does not derive power from preamble.
Both Fundamental duties and Directive Principles of State Policy are non justiciable i.e., they cannot be enforced in the courts of law.
The Fundamental Rights are not absolute and subject to reasonable restrictions. Further , they are not sacrosanct and can be curtailed or repealed by the Parliament through a constitutional amendment act.
