The Supreme Court of India has upheld the expulsion of 11 members of Parliament in the Cash for Questions scam.
It was to suspend the MPs and withdraw their privileges and try them under the Prevention of Corruption Act. They should have been allowed to continue as members of parliament till the judgement.
