Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday( 22 August 2024) wrapped up his historic visit to Poland, the first ever by a top Indian leader in 45 years after ex-PM Morarji Desai’s visit in 1979 

• PM held meetings with his Polish counterpart Donald Tusk, and President Andrzej Sebastian Duda.
• He also visited prominent sites here that are reminiscent of the historic bonding between the two countries.
• PM also met President of Kabaddi Federation of Poland Michal Spiczko in Warsaw
• The EAM said that both nations have also agreed on a social security agreement, ensuring greater benefits for citizens.
