The Integrated Ombudsman Scheme was launched by Reserve Bank of India in November 2021.

The scheme is launched for Non-Banking Financial Company(NBFC), banks and pre-paid instrument players.

The scheme will amalgamate banking ombudsman scheme 2006, NBFC ombudsman scheme 2018 and Ombudsman scheme of digital transactions 2019.
