so,A can fill (1/60) part of tank in 1 minute.
A and B both can fill (1/45) part of tank in 1 minute.
So, B can fill (1/45 − 1/60) = (4 − 3)/180 = 1/180 part in 1 minute.
or, in 180 minutes (3 hour) B can fill the full tank.
