Solution:

Logic: Difference of Sum of even positional value and Sum of odd positional value
MEAT — (E + T) - (M + A)
(5 + 20) - (13 + 1) =25 - 14 =11

BARE — (B + R) - (A + E) =((2 + 18) - (1 + 5)= 20 - 6 =14

Similarly, FACTOR — (A + T + R) - (F + C + 0) (1 + 20 + 18) - (6 + 3 + 15)= 39 - 24 =15
