leftmost side. N is the immediate neighbour of M and Q. P is not sitting on any of the end seats. Who is the immediate neighbour

- N is the neighbor of M and Q, so N sits between M and Q.

- P cannot be at the ends, which means P neither sits in the first nor the last position.

- Since P is not at the end, P cannot be O’s immediate neighbor.

- Therefore, the only possible person left to be O's immediate neighbor is the one from M, Q, or N.

Following these observations, it's logical that Q is sitting in position 2 and P in position 3. The arrangement looks like this: O, Q, P, N, M.

Hence, Q is the immediate neighbor of O.
