- Observe the sequence:

- B is the 2nd letter of the alphabet.

- H is the 8th letter of the alphabet.

- M is the 13th letter of the alphabet.

- Q is the 17th letter of the alphabet.

- T is the 20th letter of the alphabet.

- Notice the difference in positions:

- Between B and H, there is a gap of 6 positions.

- Between H and M, there is a gap of 5 positions.

- Between M and Q, there is a gap of 4 positions.

- Between Q and T, there is a gap of 3 positions.

- The pattern decreases by one each time (6, 5, 4, 3,...).

- Following this pattern, the next gap should be 2.

- T (20th letter) + 2 = 22nd letter, which is V.
