- Malay's speed is 7 rounds per hour, while Neha's is 11 rounds per hour.

- The relative speed between them is the difference: 11 rounds/hour - 7 rounds/hour = 4 rounds/hour.

- They both start together at 02:45 p.m.

- To cross each other, they only need to complete one round relative to each other.

- Time taken to cross each other = 1 round / 4 rounds/hour = 0.25 hours = 15 minutes.
