Explanation:

Speed with stoppages = 60 kmph
Speed without stoppages = 72 kmph
Let the distance be L.C.M of 72 and 60 = 360 km
Time taken to travel 360 km with stoppages = 360/60 = 6 Hours
Time taken to travel 360 km without stoppages = 360/72 =5 Hours
Means in the trip of 6 hours, 1 hours spend on stoppages

So, duration of stoppages average per hour = 1/6x60= 10 min's
