    Reasoning Preparation for SSC CHSL- General Tips

    As you must be aware, the reasoning is a comparatively time-consuming section of the SSC CHSL Exam. So, here are some tips and strategies that will help you to solve this section easily in less time.

    SSC CHSL Reasoning Easy Questions
    Get an idea of the comparatively easier questions asked in the SSC CHSL reasoning section and preparation tips for them.

    (A)Classification & Analogies

    You are bound to face at least one question based on Classification and Analogies.
    These are comparatively easy and less time-consuming.
    So, you should practice them well to solve them incorrectly and secure maximum marks.
    This is one of the easiest topics asked from the Reasoning Section.
    The questions asked on the Classification topic are either Number, Letter, GK, and Meaningful Words based.
    In Analogies, you have to find out the fourth blank part of the question to complete the set.
    In both of these sections, out of the given options, you have to find out the most suitable alternative or the odd one out.

    (B) Syllogism

    In these questions, you will be given statements & Conclusions and you will have to decide which of the given conclusions logically follow(s) from the given statements.
    The trick to avoiding confusion between the categories mentioned in different statements is to solve them by drawing Venn Diagrams.
    Reading the question clearly and taking one step at a time will help avoid the overlapping of categories.

    (C) Verbal Analogies
    The trick to solve verbal analogies fast is to try to find the relationship between terms in the first pair.

    (A) Blood Relations
    This includes General blood relation, Family tree, Coded blood Relation.

    (B) Seating Arrangement (Circular & Linear)

    Circular Arrangement includes Uni & Bi-directional problems on circular, square, rectangular tables.

    (A) Coding & Decoding
    This includes Letter Shifting, Coding in Fictitious Language, Operation on place values, Coding by analogy, Coding by words, Conditional Matrix.
    Pay attention to the numbers and alphabets in the given code.
    Also, check if the sequences given in the questions are in an ascending or descending order.

    For this, you need to improve your reading speed to understand the question quickly.
