- Reading Comprehension: This topic is the most time-consuming topic among all, you need to have high accuracy to score well on this topic. It can be asked for a maximum of 10 marks. You can expect topics from Banking & Economy, Finance, Business, Monetary Policies like demonetization, Financial Policies, Socio-Financial Issues like poverty & education, Types of Banks in the economy, Globalization, etc.
- Grammar: Error Spotting and Phrase Replacement are usually asked on this topic. They also carry a maximum of 10 marks combined. Questions can be asked on Articles, Tenses, Prepositions, Parallelism, Subject-Verb Agreement, Degrees of Comparison, Sentence Correction, Adverbs, Phrasal Verbs, Pronouns, Non-Finite Verbs, and Common Errors, etc. in this topic.
- Vocabulary: You can expect a maximum of 10 Qs from this topic based on Phrase Replacement, Fill in the Blanks, and Fillers type of questions. These questions can be quickly solved and are usually based on contextual usage.
- Verbal Ability: You can expect 5 Qs on this topic based on Para Jumbles. They are easy to solve and less time-consuming.
- Cloze test: You can expect 5-10 Qs on the Cloze Test depending on the Qs asked in RC. If RC is asked for 10 marks then Cloze Test will be asked for 5-10 Qs and if RC is asked for 7 marks then Cloze Test will be asked for 8 marks. You have to look carefully at the prepositions given in the option before/after the blank before answering the question as all the options have a meaning close to each other.
