Family Income should be below Rs 3,00,000/- per annum, The certificate may be attested by Principal/Directors/head masters of college/university/schools, Head of departments/Institutions, Any government officer with rank higher than Patwari (like BDO, naib, Tehsildar etc). Public representatives MP, MLA, Panchayat/Municipal members, Village sarpanch, Numbardar etc.
