    • It is India’s longest river bridge – the Dhola-Sadia Bridge – on Brahmaputra river in Assam.
    • It is a beam bridge in India, connecting the northeast states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
    • The bridge spans the Lohit River, a major tributary of the Brahmaputra River, from the village of Dhola in the south to Sadiya to the north.

    It is a 3 lane bridge very close to Arunachal Pradesh and is capable of transporting tanks and other army vehicles in case of war.
