Komal Panda , talented industrial design student from Odisha has won the prestigious James Dyson Award 2024 for her creation, Novocarry, a portable cooling carrier designed specifically for insulin and temperature-sensitive medications.

Komal is student at the National Institute of Design (NID) in Haryana.

Her invention is poised to change the lives of millions of diabetic patients, especially in regions where access to refrigeration is limited or unreliable.
