    Explanation:

     Raghav believes his weight is over 64 kg but under 74 kg. it can be (65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,73)

     His sister thinks it's over 60 kg but less than 69 kg.So it can be (61,62,63,64,65,66,67,68)

     His mother estimates his weight at 68 kg or less.

     His father speculates it cannot exceed 67 kg.

    Combining these views, we find:

     Raghav's possible weight range: 65 kg, 66 kg, or 67 kg (since 68 kg must be excluded based on father's view).

    Calculating the average of these possibilities:

    Average= (65 + 66 + 67) / 3 = 66 kg

    Thus, the average probable weight is 66 kg.

    Answer: 66
