The Indian Army emerged triumphant in the fourth edition of the Khelo India Winter Games, a multi-sport event held across Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir over two legs.

• Securing a total of 21 medals, including 10 gold, five silver, and six bronze, the Indian Army displayed exceptional prowess in the various sporting disciplines.
• Karnataka claimed the second position with 11 medals, out of which nine were gold and two silver.
• Maharashtra clinched the third spot, amassing a total of 22 medals, consisting of seven gold, eight silver, and seven bronze.
