Asian Games 2023: Harmilan Bains, Murali Sreeshankar and Ajay Kumar Saroj won Silver medal

Harmilan Bains managed to add to India’s tally of medals as she managed to win the women’s 1500m silver medal in the Asian Games being held in Hangzhou, China. Bains who comes from Punjab managed to bring home a silver medal continuing India’s tally of medals in athletics. She secured the medal with a time of 4:12.74s only behind the winner of the race, Winfred Mutile Yavi from Bahrain who secured the top time with 4:11:65s.
India’s Murali Sreeshankar won silver in the men’s long jump at the Hangzhou Asian Games on Sunday. He managed a best jump of 8.19m but lost to China’s Wang Jianan who topped the charts with a 8.22m jump.
Ajay Kumar Saroj, an Indian athlete, has clinched a silver medal in the Men's 1500m event at the Asian Games 2023.
Jyothi Yarraji won silver in the women's 100m hurdles at the Hangzhou Asian Games amid high controversy and drama, after first being disqualified for a false start, and then allowed to run the race pending a post-race review.
