Indian cricketer Deepak Chahar announced the launch of his own homegrown brand DNINE Sports, investing in the growing fitness and sports market in India. The company will be incorporated under LCDC Atheletics Private Ltd., with the cricketer and his father as the co-founders.

• The brand will include products ranging from sports shoes, merchandise such as shirts, caps, and bags to health supplements like protein powder. 
• The sports line will have an initial investment of 2.5 crore with Chahar as the first international cricketer to devote more than 18 months of research to develop the cricket shoes.
• Chahar envisions DNINE to be a go-to sports brand for Indians and stated, “At DNINE Sports, we are committed to enhancing the comfort and performance of of cricketers of all ages. Our products are designed to provide a long-term edge, allowing athletes to extend their careers by minimising the risk of injuries. Each of our products, from the meticulously crafted cricket shoes to our innovative supplements, has undergone rigorous research and development, addressing the dynamic challenges faced on the field.”
• The brand has previously sponsored numerous upcoming cricketers and IPL players and plans to continue doing it in the next with the goal of making sports accessible for youngsters.
