SEBI cancels registration of Sahara India Financial Corporation as Sub-broker

Markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the certificate of registration of Sahara India Financial Corporation Ltd (SIFCL), as a sub-broker.
The decision has been taken by SEBI, due to failure of SIFCL’to fulfill the “fit and proper” criteria, in terms of Intermediaries Regulations.
