Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, a mini Kaziranga

Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary is often referred to as 'Mini Kaziranga'. The Sanctuary houses the world’s highest density of one-horned rhinoceros. It is spread around an area of 38 sq km and its rhino count in 2018 was 102. It recently reopened after being shut for seven months during the COVID-19 lockdown.
