Explanation:

Total cost incurred = (600 × 40,000) + (500 × 35,000)
= 24000000 + 17500000
= 41500000 = 41.5 million [1 million = 1000000]
Total units = 600 + 500 = 1100
Total Revenue = 1100 × 50,000 = 55 million.
Profit% = Revenue – Cost /Cost x 100
= 55 million – 41.5 million /41.5 million x 100
= 13.5 /41.5 × 100 = 32.5%
