Explanation:

6 Women's 1 day's work = 1/10
10 Children's 1 day's work = 1/15
(6 women + 10 children)'s 1 day's work
= (1/10 + 1/15) = 5/30 = 1/6
∴ 6 women and 10 children will complete the work in 6 days.
