Height of the Troposphere varies i.e. at the equator, it is measured about 18 km and at the poles, it is 12 km. Tropopause is the transitional zone that separates Troposphere and Stratosphere.
The layer of the atmosphere which provides ideal conditions for flying on et aeroplanes is Stratosphere. Because the air temperature in the stratosphere slowly increases with altitude, it does not cause convection and has a stabilizing effect on atmospheric conditions in the region.
The mesosphere is the third layer of the atmosphere, directly above the stratosphere and directly below the thermosphere.
Although some experts consider the thermosphere to be the uppermost layer of our atmosphere, others consider the exosphere to be the actual "final frontier" of Earth's gaseous envelope.
Ionosphere reflects radio waves from the earth thus, helping radio communication.
