RBI Grade B Interview Tips

  • All candidates must note that clearing the RBI Grade B Interview won’t land you direct recruitment as a Grade B Officer. The RBI Grade B final selection is done on the basis of marks secured by aspirants in Phase-II (Mains) as well as the Interview round combined. Thus, it can be described in the following manner.
  • Mains marks + Interview marks = Final Selection
  • Now, suppose there are two candidates out of which one can only be appointed. So, their final selection will be made on the basis of the following manner -
  • 300 marks + 75 marks = 375 marks.
  • If candidate A has scored 250 out of 375 marks and candidate B has scored 249 out of 375 in both Mains & Interview round combined, candidate A will be appointed over B. It means one will not be recruited necessarily just because they have scored higher marks in RBI Grade B Interview round.
