NABARD Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
The complete selection process of NABARD recruitment is explained below:
Filling the application form
Filling NABARD recruitment application form is the first stage of selection. Candidates need to apply online for the exam. The application fees for Grade A is Rs 800 for General Category and Rs 150 for SC/ST/ PWBD. Those who are applying for General Category need to pay Rs 900 while SC/ST/PWBD candidates need to submit Rs 150 for SC/ ST/ PWBD.
Release of Admit Card
The admit card is released phase-wise. First, NABARD admit card for preliminary exam is released. Candidates qualifying the preliminary exam are issued admit card for the mains exam. Interview call letter is issued to candidates qualifying the mains exam.
Appearing in the online test
The online test is conducted in two phases – preliminary and mains exam. All registered candidates are required to first appear in the preliminary exam. The preliminary exam is conducted for 120 minutes. The test comprises seven sections carrying 200 marks. The mains exam comprises both MCQ and descriptive paper. The test comprises three papers - I is Descriptive Type Paper while Paper II and III is MCQ based. Each paper is held for 1 ½ hrs and for 100 marks. Candidates in the ratio 1:25 will be called for the mains exam.
Declaration of result
The result is released for preliminary, mains and interview. NABARD recruitment result 2021 is announced online. Candidates can check their results online by logging in with the required credentials.
Interview
The interview is conducted for candidates qualifying in the Phase II exam and secures sufficiently high rank in merit. Candidates in the ratio 1:5 will be called for Interview. The interview is conducted for 40 marks.
Preparation of Merit List
The preliminary exam is qualifying in nature. The merit list is prepared based on the candidates performance in the mains exam and interview. As vacancies are distributed discipline-wise, therefore, the merit list for each stage is prepared discipline-wise.
