Liberty includes those acts which are generally lawful for all.

Privilege means those acts which are generally unlawful but in certain circumstances they are permitted for a distinct or a limited class of person such as privileges of the parliament.

Absolute privilege is that privilege upon which there are no limitations of any kind and qualified privilege is that privilege which arises only in-particular circumstances.
