The two Supreme Court Judges who delivered the famous 2-G judgment in February 2012 were Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice A.K. Ganguly. Pronouncing its verdict on three important issues in the 2G case on Thursday, the Supreme Court cancelled 122 2G spectrum licences issued during A. Raja’s tenure as Telecom Minister, referred the demand for probe of the alleged role of the then Finance Minister P. Chidambaram into the scam to the trial court and deputed the Central Vigilance Commission to monitor the case.
