Wokha District Administration’s innovative initiative, Wokha SAATHI (Smart AI-based Assistant for Timely Help & Interface) WhatsApp Chatbot, has been awarded the prestigious “Gold Award” in the National Awards for e-Governance Scheme 2023-2024 at the 27th National Conference on e-Governance held in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on September 3.

• The award was handed over by Maharashtra deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis,
• The recognition also marks the first time an initiative from Nagaland state receiving a Gold Award for its exemplary contribution to e-Governance.
• The certificate was received by Ajit Kumar Ranjan, Rohit Singh, and Anuranjan Singh, Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow (MGNF), on behalf of the Wokha district administration. Under the initiative, more than 40 services have been brought under one stop chatbot of the Wokha district administration.
