Rajiv Shukla appointed as vice president of BCCI

Former Indian Premier League (IPL) chairman Rajeev Shukla appointed as the vice-president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
He replaced Mahim Verma who resigned from the post in April 2020.
Also the former India cricketer Brijesh Patel is likely to continue as IPL chairman for a second term.
Rajiv Shukla is the Member of Indian National Congress
He Served as a Rajya Sabha MP from 2012-2018.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is the governing body for cricket in India.
BCCI was Established in 1928.
