    (√5 – √10)2 = √52 + √102 – 2*√5*√10 = 5 + 10 – 2*√5*√2*√5 = 15 – 10√2
    (√2 + 5)2 = 2 + 25 + 10√2
    So 15 – 10√2  + 27 + 10√2  = x3 – 22
    15+27+22 = x3 = 4
