    Correct option 4: 105

    K : L : M = 100 : 45 : 30
                  = 20 : 9 : 6

    Given L's share is 27

    => 9x=27

    x= 3.

    Now 

    K's share = 20x3= 60

    M's share= 6x3=18

    Total amount = K's share + L's share + M's share = 60+27+18

    = 105

    Hence, option 4 is the correct answer.
