The government rule does not allow children to work for more than 8 h a day. (M1*D1*T1) / W1 = (M2*D2*T2) / W2
⇒ [1 x 1 x (8 + 6)] / 1 = [1 x 1 x (8 + 8 + x)] / 3/2
