Mam there seems to be some error in this question. The logic of Q No. 16 and that of Q 13 seems similar and therefore the equation for this question can be made similar to that of Q 13. Units produced in 2013 = Units Produced in 2011 x {(100+35)/100} x {(100+50)/100} => Units in 2011 = {Units in 2013 x 100 x 100} / {135 x 150] => Units in 2011 = { 6,58, 125 x 100 x 100} / { 135 x 150} This comes out to be 3,25,000. So ans is coming out to be 3,25,000 Please correct me if I am wrong. I saw the video also, but the solution was not clear there as I could not understand ""why we have multiplied the units produced in year 2013 with the ratio of the percentage growth of year 2011 and 2013?""
Rajdeep Singh
kindly recheck 658125/(1.5*1.35)= 325000
