Given the probability of guessing a correct number =1/5

And the probability of not guessing the correct answer=y/7

As we know that

P(occurrence of an event) +P(non-occurrence of an event)

Therefore 1/5 +y/5=1

[1+y]/5=1

1+y=5

y=5-1
