Let length and breadh of a rectangular field are 9x and 5x respectively.
Given, Area of rectangular field = 4500 m²
∴ length × breadth = 4500
⇒ 9x × 5x = 4500
⇒ 45x² = 4500
⇒ x² = 100
⇒ x = 10
∴ length of rectangular field = 9x = 9 × 10 = 90 m
And, breadth of rectangular field = 5x = 5 × 10 = 50 m
Now, perimeter of rectangular field = 2(length + breadth)
= 2(90 + 50) = 2 × 140 = 280 m
