    50% of (x – y) = 40% of (x + y)
    ⇒    5 (x – y) = 4(x + y)
    ⇒    5x – 5y = 4x + 4y
    ⇒    x = 9y ....(i)
    Let r% of x = y
    ⇒ r /100 * x = y
    By putting x = 9y in equation, we get
    ⇒ r /100 * 9y = y
    ⇒  r = 100 /9 = 11 1/9%
