Let, CP = Rs. 100, therefore MP = Rs. 130
Discount% = (MP – SP /MP x 100)%
⇒ 25/4 = 130 – SP /130 x 100
⇒ 130 – SP = 25 × 130 /4 × 100 = 65/8

∴ Profit = 975/8 - 100 = 175/8
