    Let partial amount at 5% be x
    And at 8%=(1550-x)
    So intrest for 3 year
    X*5*3/100+(1550-x)*8*3/100=300
    X*5/100+(1550-x)*8/100=300/3

    5x+8(1550-x)=10000
    5x+12400-8x=10000
    3x=2400
    X=800

    Needed ratio = x:(1550-x) = 800:750
    16:15
