Question is asking for the members less than 7 and more than 4 then possible numbers could only be 5,6 where 6 is the maximum number so, answer would be 200*4+150*6 = 1700

If less than 7 why multiplied with 7??

It is given less than 7 which does not include 7 (upto 6 is considered in maths)
