    Explanation:

    SP of 45 Oranges is Rs.40
    loss = 20%
    So CP of 45 Oranges would be 40*100/80= Rs. 50
    To gain 20% he should sell these 45 Oranges for =50*20/100=Rs. 60
    Now If he sells for Rs. 60 = 45 Oranges
    So for Rs. 24 he would sell = (24/60)*45 = 18 Oranges
